Mr. Kirkwood Asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many couples there are without dependent children where the husband is in receipt of supplementary benefit and the wife is employed 24 or more hours per week; and how many couples there are without dependent children where the wife is in receipt of supplementary benefit and the husband is employed 24 or more hours per week.
