Mr. Alfred Morris Asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what representations he has received from the chairman of the social services committee of the Association of Metropolitan Authorities concerning his observations on the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act at the Cardiff social services conference; what reply he is sending; if he will be meeting the association to discuss the Act’s implementation; and if he will make a statement.
