Mr. Worthington To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what are his priorities in the forthcoming public expenditure survey.
Dr. Moonie To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what are his priorities in the forthcoming public expenditure survey.
Dr. Reid To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what are his priorities in the forthcoming public expenditure survey.
Mr. Major The public expenditure survey will be carried out within the framework of the Government’s objective for public expenditure. This is to maintain a downward trend over the medium term in the ratio of general Government expenditure to GDP.
