PRIME MINISTER:

What she [Angela Browning] is concerned about is elements of sovereignty, and what she specifically focused on was control over tax and spend policies. She makes it clear that she wouldn’t agree to a transfer of national sovereignty over tax and spend policies. Let me make it absolutely clear, neither would I.
