Sir Ian Gilmour To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make available the medium-term financial strategy assumptions for the medium-term growth of personal consumption, total fixed investments, the current balance of payments and unemployment which underlay each “Financial Statement and Budget Report” since 1980.
