PRIME MINISTER:
Kashmir
Mr. Cox : To ask the Prime Minister if he will seek to place the issue of Kashmir on the agenda of the next Commonwealth conference to take place during 1993 in Cyprus; and if he will make a statement.
The Prime Minister : The Government believe the Kashmir dispute can be resolved only by peaceful agreement between India and Pakistan. We have offered to help to achieve a lasting settlement, if both sides wish us to do so.
Engagements
Mr. Welsh : To ask the Prime Minister if he will list his official engagements for Thursday 19 November.
Sir Peter Tapsell : To ask the Prime Minister if he will list his official engagements for Thursday 19 November.
Mr. Harry Greenway : To ask the Prime Minister if he will list his official engagements for Thursday 19 November.
The Prime Minister : This morning I presided at a meeting of the Cabinet and had meetings with ministerial colleagues and others. In addition to my duties in the House, I shall be having further meetings later today.
Iraq
Mr. Darling : To ask the Prime Minister when he became aware that Bank of Credit and Commerce International accounts were being used to facilitate arms trading with Iraq; and if he will make a statement.
