PRIME MINISTER:
THORP
Mr. Llew Smith : To ask the Prime Minister what matters in regard to the thermal oxide reprocessing plant at Sellafield were discussed in his recent meetings with (a) Prime Minister Brundtland of Norway and (b) Chancellor Kohl of Germany.
The Prime Minister : In my recent meetings with Prime Minister Brundtland of Norway and Chancellor Kohl of Germany, we discussed a range of issues.
Iraq (Weapons)
Mr. Cohen : To ask the Prime Minister if he will make a statement on the evidence given to the Scott inquiry in relation to the former Prime Minister’s answer of 21 April 1989, Official Report , column 311.
The Prime Minister : No. While Lord Justice Scott’s inquiry continues, it would not be right to comment on any of the evidence that has so far been taken.
Engagements
Mr. Harry Greenway : To ask the Prime Minister if he will list his official engagements for Thursday 2 December.
The Prime Minister : This morning I presided at a meeting of the Cabinet and had meetings with ministerial colleagues and others. In addition to my duties in the House, I shall be having further meetings later today.
