PRIME MINISTER:
Lockerbie
Mr. Dalyell: To ask the Prime Minister if he will discuss with the Secretary General of the Arab League the proposal by the Government of Libya to hold a trial in the Hague, under a Scottish judge, under Scottish rules of evidence, of the two Libyans accused of the bombing of Pan AM 103 over Lockerbie.
The Prime Minister: I have no plans to do so.

Mr. Harry Greenway: To ask the Prime Minister if he will list his official engagements for Tuesday 5 December 1995.
Sir Peter Tapsell: To ask the Prime Minister if he will list his official engagements for Tuesday 5 December.
The Prime Minister: This morning I had meetings with ministerial colleagues and others. In addition to my duties in this House I shall be having further meetings later today.
