Mr. Hannam Asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a further statement on any implementation of the recommendations of the McColl report.

Mr. Major As I said during the debate in the House on 17 February at column 796, I hope to announce decisions on some of the central recommendations of the McColl report very shortly.
