PRIME MINISTER:
Ministerial Correspondence
Mr. Maxwell-Hyslop : To ask the Prime Minister whether he will remind all Ministers of the requirement that with all ministerial replies to Members’ letters, a copy of the Minister’s letter must always be enclosed.
The Prime Minister : I have asked my hon. Friend the Patronage Secretary to write to Ministers’ offices.
Engagements
Mr. Harry Greenway : To ask the Prime Minister if he will list his official engagements for 2 July.
The Prime Minister : This morning I had meetings with ministerial colleagues and others. In addition to my duties in the House, I shall be having further meetings later today.
University Funding
Mr. Madden : To ask the Prime Minister if he will meet Sir Edward Parkes, chairman of the Committee of Vice-Chancellors and Principals, to discuss university funding.
The Prime Minister : I have told the CVCP that I am ready to meet them in due course to discuss their proposals for achieving the desired expansion of higher education with greater efficiency.
Information Bulletin
Sir Geoffrey Finsberg : To ask the Prime Minister if he will place in the Library a copy of the information bulletin on the activities of the United Kingdom delegation to the parliamentary assemblies of the Council of Europe and the assembly of the Western European Union which has been sent to him.
The Prime Minister : I have done so today.
