Defence Projects

Mr. Cohen: To ask the Prime Minister what changes he has made in the rules for reporting decisions to undertake major defence projects since 1991.

The Prime Minister: It remains the Government’s normal practice to announce decisions to undertake major defence projects to Parliament at the earliest convenient time.
