Mr. Wilson Asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many people in 1984 were in receipt of a heating addition in (a) England, (b) Scotland and (c) Wales; and what was the total expenditure in each country on heating additions.

Mr. Major [pursuant to his reply, 20 January 1987, c. 539]: The information requested about the number of people receiving heating additions in 1984 is as follows:
